The caption reads,
"Waiting for the parade. Sixteen-month-old Chase Dodington lived up to his
name Sunday prior to the Santa Claus parade. The toddler obviously tired
of waiting for the parade and decided to lead it. Keeping pace with Chase
was father Jim."
